Shipping Information
When an order is placed, our team will arrange for shipping via less than truckload shipping, also known as LTL shipping. This allows us to create a shipping quote for the exact amount of space required by the order, helping to reduce shipping costs. Factors that impact the cost of LTL shipping include:
- Product Dimensions
- Location
- Mode (Does the order need to be expedited?)
- Type (Is the product fragile?)
Important Information About Receiving Your Order
An adult must be available at the time of delivery to assist with the unloading of the order. Please be sure to carefully inspect the entire order for damage. If damaged products are discovered, please take photographs and note the damages on the bill of lading (the receipt). Unless damages are noted at the time of the delivery, we are unable to provide replacement parts or facilitate returns.
Return Information
Made-to-order items cannot be returned.
All other items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return refunds are subject to the safe return of the product with an inspection of the product prior to refund.
